Recording Artist Wale was set to perform Sunday at Kennesaw State in Georgia as part of the school’s homecoming activities. Unfortunately, the hip-hop star had to cancel at the last minute because of “touring issues.” The school issued a statement on the Kennesaw Activities Board webpage as well as sending emails informing students of the cancellation. This left many KSU students upset and disappointed. As of now, the KAB committee is negotiating to get Wale to reschedule. Refunds are also being issued to the disappointed students.
