With Halloween coming up there will be a lot of parties and events that college students will attend, here are a few safety tips to ensure you a fun and safe Halloween:
1. Keep your money and ID on you at all times - You don't want to go through the headache of losing something valuable to you so make sure you have a bag, purse, or pocket you can safetly secure your money and id in.
2. Stay off roads - If possible avoid driving Halloween night there tend to be a lot of reckless/dunken drivers out on Halloween.
3. Inspect your treats - If you go to a party and theres candy check it to make sure it has not already been open. If it has been opened or looks suspicious DON'T EAT IT!
4. Know who you're talking to - If you will be attending a costume party somestimes people will have on a mask or identical costumes so make sure you know who you are talking to. You would hate to be conversing with a stranger!
5. Don't eat too much candy - To avoid stomach aches, sickness, and weight gain; monitor the amount of candy you consume during Halloween.
